Tedeschi e austriaci, 'banditi', 'disertori', 'senza patria', che hanno saputo dire di no agli ordini ingiusti, che hanno rigettato la legge dell'onore e del sangue per scegliere quella della libertà e della coscienza. Partendo da tracce labili, quasi svanite – un nome su una lapide, poche righe nei documenti ufficiali, qualche ricordo dei partigiani sopravvissuti –, questo libro è un'indagine appassionata e coinvolgente che ci trascina alla riscoperta di una pagina di storia che nessuno in Italia ha mai raccontato in questo modo.

Ora o leitor está lá em Jerusalém... ora está na atualidade sofrendo o caos estabelecido.
